Personal Growth Weekly #7
Hey, it’s Michael from michaelrauscher.com,
I hope that you’re having a great week so far!
Let me add some value to your life this week:
Isn’t it paradoxical that we are equipped with the most powerful tool in the world, the brain, but still, we limit ourselves by how we use it? We tend to forget that life can be the greatest teacher once we accept to deal with the lessons life offers. The things that are challenging, arousing, and frightening to us are the things that unlock our potential. In my Medium story How to Turn Negative Emotions into Power. I share some powerful insights about handling negative emotions.
I love self-discovery journaling, don’t you, too? Let’s do one more round of it to see how unique and special you truly are. I hope you grab a pen and paper for this one. Did you ever ask yourself the following question: If you could travel to any corner of the universe, where would go, and why? What do you think your decision tells about yourself?
Let me share a reminder from one of my essays about how important it is to sharpen our attitude towards life: Imagine you’ve obtained a mindset that translates each setback into a lesson, each exertion into power, each difficulty into an exercise. You’d not only live life way more naturally, but you’d also form a firm belief that you’re strong enough to handle anything life throws at you.
“The mind is everything. What you think you become.” — Buddha
You probably know that I’m writing on Medium.com every week. It would mean the world to me if you hit follow to snatch my weekly reads on mindful personal growth and reach out to me through any social media channel or by mail! I’m here 😊
Today I watched one of my favorite Youtube videos again. It’s about M31, the largest and sharpest image ever taken of the Andromeda galaxy a picture captured with the NASA/ESA Hubble Space Telescope. The full image has 1.5 billion pixels. You would need more than 600 HD television screens to display the whole image. I hope you’ll take 4 minutes of your day away to let this image sink in.
PS: I love to read, listen, watch content, and write about personal development and self-improvement daily. But I’m pretty sure your schedule is almost full already. Let me do the weekly personal growth research for you to save your time and add value to your life. I’ll give you only the essentials, promise!
Thank you for reading. Looking forward to seeing you next week!
Have a great smashing week ahead!
