Personal Growth Weekly #6
Hey, it’s Michael from michaelrauscher.com,
I hope you’re having a smashing great week so far!
Here are my today’s five points to add value to your life this week:
Be honest with yourself: You’re giving your best every day, you’re doing all you can to make more progress and move further - just to meet your own requirements. Because of the momentum you’ve built, don’t forget to sometimes take a break and see that you’re doing much better than you might think you do. In my latest story 10 Signs You Are Doing Much Better Than You Think I’m revealing 10 of the small hidden attitudes that are signs for you having a thriving future. I believe you’ll do great, so I hope you don’t forget to enjoy your present.
I love self-discovery journaling, don’t you, too? Let’s do one more round of it to see how unique and special you truly are. I hope you grab a pen and paper for this one. Did you ever ask yourself the following question: If your family would need to describe you in 5 words, which words do you think they would choose? What do these words tell about yourself? (Why don’t you really ask them to do it?)
I got a new book! It’s The Mountain Is You from Brianna Wiest. I can wholeheartedly recommend it if you want to read about emotional intelligence, transformation, and healing. My favorite quote of this week directly comes from her:
“The greatest act of self-love is to no longer accept a life you are unhappy with. It is to be able to state the problem painly and in a straigtforward manner.” - Brianna Wiest
Let me give you another reminder from my latest Medium story about the fact that you and your life are a unique artwork:
You treat life as artwork. You’re asking questions without looking for answers. You’re doing and being without overthinking. You understand that you’ve been given the greatest gift — your life. You see it as your personal artwork to be wiped away by the universe. You permit yourself to squeeze as much juice out of it as possible.
You probably know that I’m writing on Medium.com every week. It would mean the world to me if you hit follow to snatch my weekly reads on mindful personal growth and reach out to me through any social media channel or by mail! I’m here 😊
PS: I love to read, listen, watch content, and write about personal development and self-improvement daily. But I’m pretty sure your schedule is almost full already. Let me do the weekly personal growth research for you to save your time and add value to your life. I’ll give you only the essentials, promise!
Thank you for reading. Looking forward to seeing you next week!
Have a great smashing week ahead!
