Personal Growth Weekly #27
Hey, it’s Michael from michaelrauscher.com,
I hope you’re doing great! Let me add some value to your life. This week is all about an in-depth look at mastering choices!
Aiming in one direction in life has become the new secret superpower. We live in a highly distracting world and barely learned to pursue one path at a time. We so often walk in circles and wonder why we barely move forward. In my story How to Seek Out Your Path When You Don’t Even Know What’s Wrong I unveil the #1 poor decision we tend to make, and how to own our choices and create impactful direction in our lives.
You are who you are because of the choices you’ve made and the things you’ve done. You don’t need to be proud of all of them, but never be ashamed of them.
Your starting point is not where other people currently are or what they think about you. Your starting point is where you are right now with what you have right now. By acknowledging this and accepting yourself and your situation for what it is, you’ve already achieved something of infinite worth: By trusting your current self, you chose to break a toxic cycle — the cycle of judging yourself.
“You don’t need to create a masterpiece every day; you need to get some oil on the canvas every day.” — Brendon Burchard
Whatever is important to us, we need to nurture with countless decisions dedicated to it. By giving our struggles a direction, we will form a roadmap to consistent and authentic growth.
Keep your head up, push yourself, take the challenges, bring the humor, and choose this life. The current moment is all you’ve got. Allow your life to happen in full contrast — with all the good and the bad, the pain and the joy.
Each day is a new day. Each moment is a chance to make a new decision to move on and ultimately push forward.
