Announcement📣 Personal Growth Weekly #10

I hope that you’re having a great start into 2021 so far! My wife and I had a great time at home, recharging, relaxing, being grateful for 2020, and envisioning 2021. I’m so stoked to announce this year’s plan 📣: I’m going to release my first book, along with the dedicated series of psychologically proven personal growth tools. Also, we’re currently in the process of writing a self-discovery journal, which we hope will also be part of 2021, too. It will be an intense year and I couldn’t be more grateful that you’re part of this journey. 😀

Let me add some value to your life this week:

  1. New Year’s Resolutions aren’t for nothing if we know how to overcome procrastination and build solid habits. This is one of my stories about getting into progress mode, especially when you already feel stuck or procrastinating. I’m assured you CAN reach your 2021 goals!

  4. In my latest essay, I wrote an uplifting reminder about the new year and that we should start it by being kind to ourselves and the world. We are all unique. We all bring our unique pasts. We all have our unique present situations. Not only this time of the year but every day of our upcoming lives,

    • let’s grant forgiveness,

    • start over with a clean slate,

    • allow ourselves to slow down,

    • see every day as a new chapter, and

    • be the ones with the warmest hearts in our tribes.
